Reliance began as a rental gas compressor company in 1993 serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. We provided Contract Gas Compression under turnkey agreements for several large horsepower applications. Providing complete operation with 97% mechanical availability and 24 hour per day responsibility. After a few years of successful operation and rapid growth Reliance sold our rental fleet to a major competitor. Exiting the rental business we continued operating, buying and selling compressor packages, and have focused on this area of the industry during the subsequent years.
